Join our keynote speaker Teresa Resch who helped the Toronto Raptors take out the 2019 championship, as she details the makings of building a high-performing sports team.

Teresa Resch

VP, Basketball Operations & Player Development, Toronto Raptors

Teresa Resch is the Vice President, Basketball Operations & Player Development at the Toronto Raptors. After being promoted to this role in August 2015 to manage off-court player development programs and liaise between the basketball and team business operations, she helped lead the Raptors to their first championship win in 2019.

Throughout her 15-year career in sports, Resch worked with the NBA League Office for five years assisting the International Basketball Operations department in operating Basketball Without Borders Camps in four different continents. Prior to joining the Raptors, Resch served as Ultimate Hoops National Basketball Operations Manager for Life Time Fitness where she was responsible for basketball programming at 104 Club locations in the US and Canada.

Resch earned her MBA in Sports Administration from St. Thomas University (FL) and a BA in Business Communications from Augustana College (SD) where she was an all-conference player for the Vikings Volleyball team.

How can you support team members to reach their personal best? Elite athletes train 40 hours a week, have specialist coaches and teams of people focused on helping them bring their best to every game. Tune in as we unpack the keynote to see what learnings from sport can be applied to business.
