LEARNING FROM DAY 1: THE ONBOARDING EXPERIENCE
Helping new employees get up and running is important, but often complicated. Onboarding processes can develop piecemeal over time, or happen on an ad hoc basis. Either way, HR can find themselves doing the heavy lifting.
Critical analysis of the onboarding process can elevate it from a mandatory experience to an opportunity to lay the foundation for continuous learning and development, while building stronger connections with their direct leaders.
Light refreshments will be provided.
